Meet Daniela Seyferman, LPCC

Daniel is a virtual therapist who believes in the power of therapy to provide a safe space where clients can explore their true selves and develop a deeper understanding of who they are. She is dedicated to offering individualized, quality care to each client, recognizing that everyone has a unique background and journey. With a focus on authentic connection, she helps clients build the skills and resilience they need to navigate life’s challenges

Hi! I am glad you're here!

I know how exhausting it can feel when your mind is constantly preparing for the worst. You may find yourself overthinking conversations, fearing something bad will happen, struggling to feel present, or getting stuck in cycles of worry that are hard to turn off. Family stress, relationship challenges, and unresolved emotional experiences can make it even harder to feel grounded, connected, and at peace within yourself.

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I help adults navigate anxiety, OCD-related fears, overwhelming thoughts, relationship stress, trauma, and emotional patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Together, we work to better understand the thoughts and fears driving your anxiety while building healthier ways to cope, communicate, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients create meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move through fear with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Education & Credentials

Daniela earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Baltimore and later completed my Master’s Degree in Counseling at Barry University with dual specializations in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling. Her educational background allows her to support individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional stress, trauma, and personal growth.

Daniela is supervised by Hazel Krueger.

Outside of work

Outside of the therapy room, Daniela enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active. Whether it’s biking, boating, jet skiing, or relaxing at the beach, being near the water is where she feels most grounded and recharged. You’ll often find her chasing sunshine, enjoying the outdoors, and finding peace by the water — her favorite place to reset and unwind.
