From Your Therapist: In Daniela's Words
Hi, I’m glad you’re here.
I am passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, people-pleasing tendencies, and OCD. I understand how exhausting it can be to constantly worry about disappointing others, struggle with self-doubt, feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, or carry the emotional weight of past experiences. Many of my clients find themselves prioritizing everyone else's needs while neglecting their own, questioning their worth, or feeling overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and the pressure to always "get things right."
My approach to online therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I help adults manage anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder-related fears, overwhelming thoughts, relationship stress, trauma, and patterns that keep pulling them back to the same place. I work with you to better understand the thoughts and fears driving your anxiety while building healthier ways to cope, communicate, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself.
I integrate evidence-based approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — to help my clients create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move through fear with greater confidence and self-compassion.
